Okay, I switched to the ABS Diet the past week. That's right, I'm no longer on Fat Smash Diet- though, I loved it and it worked but I really wanted to tone and define my body. With just 15-20 lbs to go, so I thought I should add strength training so that way I can look GREAT for my Hawaii trip in October. I think I'd be more comfortable wearing bikinis if I had just lose mere 15-20 lbs more! It's my first week this week. Hope I will succeed!
