Salah satu makanan late snack sebelum gue tidur malam yaini ini nih bubur kacang ijo plus ketan hitam ada 8 gram protein 362 kalorie besar kalorie nya tapi gue butuh makanan yg ada protein nya untuk proses pembakaran lemak waktu istirahat tidur slama 8 jam

Gue pake susu soalnya kalo pake santen kelapa parut jadi 500 kalorie dah kelapa gile kalorie nya .... ngalah ngalahin makanan gorengan kaya bakwan
