Kok captionnya kepotong ya..Angka di pojok bawab = fat mass. Total BB turun cuma sedikit tp fat mass nya turun 3 kg. Plus muscle mass +1 kiloan.
Cuma 1 kg? Iya. Girls, yg masih takut angkat beban krn takut berotot, percayalah, naikin massa otot buat cwe itu syuliiiittt T_T

wah kok keliatan beda banget ya sama aku sist, pdhl tb-ku 155, bb 56, fat mass 17an kg. tp lower body aku gak kyk kamooh huhu😭

@remahremah: bentuk badan tiap org kan beda2 sis:) bisa digoogle, ada yg tipe pear, apple, dll. Kebetulan tipeku memang kecil di lower legs, tp melar dikit aja, boom nya di area tengah (pinggang, perut, paha atas). PR ku di bokong & paha belakang jg masih banyak kok, ga kliatan aja di foto hehe. %fat kita msih sama2 30an%. Yuk turunin sampe bisa 20%, sambil fokus latihan ke area kelemahan masing2. Klo sis di lower body, aku di perut.

@yuliana fatari: dr timbangan digital di gym sis. Yg ga cuma ngukur total BB, tp ada massa otot, lemak & air nya jg.

@putriseftia: 10 kg pertama turunnya krn zumba 2-3x seminggu + cardio HIIT. Trus stuck. 3 kg yg terakhir ini akhirnya turun lg krn ditambah body pump/angkat beban 2x sminggu, meski zumba nya jd 1-2x sminggu aja. Ak ga pernah latihan cuma perut doang kyk sit up, crunches krn ga ngepek kalo si otot msh ketutup lemak hehe. Ini msh buncit dikit kok perut bawahnya krn fatnya msh 30%, tp kebantu sama clean eating & defcal.
