Pampis Tuna, ayam panggang, tumis oncom leunca kemangi, tumis baby kol, labu panggang.

Pelan2 beralih dari ketofastosis ke defisit kalori, low carb 20/40/40, carb banyak dari sayuran, buah n conplex carb. Alhamdulillah seminggu ini bb stabil.
