Another successful day under my belt. I have had a lot of willpower this time around. I guess I just needed a break, maybe not such a long break, but I am back and ready. I wish I could truly make this a lifestyle but can't seem to embrace it for more than a couple months at a time. I guess i just love my sweets too much. Was at the ballpark all night, so I made dinner in the crockpot and ate when we got home. A little late to eat, but I was so hungry. Should have taken a snack but was so concerned with getting the kids all ready and snacks for them, i kind of forgot about me. We have nowhere to go tonight so I am making Imluuvd's chicken marsala....yum...can't wait. I have been wanting to try this for a while now. Hope you all have a great day.

I hear you on the lifestyle change. I recently fell off the wagon and have finally found my way back. We can do this if we set our minds to it. It is true that nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Keep up the good work. I have the same challenge as you with the baseball thing now that it is spring. I have decided that I will eat dinner when I get home also. Otherwise I eat when I am not hungry and then eat AGAIN when I get home. A snack at baseball is a great idea. Keep up the good work. Blessings...

Good to hear "you're back"! AWESOME! Hopefully I'll find my mo-jo sooner than later, too. Remembering snack is key and yet not always possible with the lil ones around. I try to keep something like a south beach bars in the truck, so I at least have something. Keep up the great work! Let us know about that chicken... sounds yummy!

I agree with you. Anything to do with kids and getting them ready is a challenge in itself. lol. On the diet I caN go like gang busters for 3 to 4 months then I die. The only good thing is when I do die and just give up I atleast try to maintain. Its hard but I don't just stare at food all the time. lol

I also hear you on the lifestyle change; it's hard to embrace a diet that leaves you feel dissatisfied and hungry all the time. All the reasons WHY you're on a diet kinda go out the window! I'm so glad I broke my carb addiction because I no longer feel that way! I'm rooting you on, friend! BTW, I love that picture!

I can see how hard SB could be for someone with a huge sweet tooth. You'll get it figured out, you've done so excellent already to lose as much as you have! If you see this in time...you dont have to add the sour cream, it's great without it. I just liked to add the sour cream to kind of thicken it a tad since I was eating it without noodles or rice. But if you serve it with rice, you dont' need the sour cream, try it first without, then add if you want. Have a wonderful day!
