Let me explain a little better. WW has been extremely effective for me in the past. for some reason, I can't stick with it right now....I did start Jenny Craig this morning....I ate a breakfast sandwich this morning and was full, but had to force myself to eat a half of grapefruit to complete my caloric intake and balance out the meat/starches fat, etc... With ww, It was too easy for me to grab a fiber one bar and be done, therefore not getting the food components for each meal. I'm excited about this....if nothing else, it gets me motiviated again, right? I'll keep you all posted. :) Thanks for the comments!

You have to do the program that works best for you. Its a journey that a lot of us are on, and somethings work better for others. Good luck to you!!!
