Good Morning to Everyone,

As I was surfing the site I came across the recipe section and found a recipe I decided to cook last night. The recipe was good. The only reason it was not great is because the lack of salt but that was the purpose of dieting is to reduce sodium intake so I truly understood. I was amazed at myself you sticking to the recipe and even having it with brown rice. I am working hard to find ways to like healthy food. Sometimes I dont like certain foods do to the texture like brown rice so I just cooked it longer and got it softer. I did not use the mushroom in the dish because my mind just thinks about fungus but I will tackle that as well. I now know to some degree that I have working on changing my view of some foods. Even after dinner I turned to on demand and started exercising. I lasted only eight minutes but I stayed moving the whole eight minutes even if I had to go back to a basic march. I am proud of myself and the steps I am taking to do better in this part of my life.
