Okay so I finished the book today. It makes a great deal of sense. If I give my body the healthy things to eat I won't be fighting a losing battle, but a Losing weight battle. big difference. I am really confused about what is what. It seems like i can't really get it all. I look at the labels and one thing will have great sugars but have the enriched wheat, or good on fats but the sugars will be really high.

I have to try so I will start slowly I guess.

Good luck! I found the same thing when I went shopping and ended up buying most of my groceries from the produce section (a new thing for me! lol). I'm slowly adding other things back in like ww bread and yogurt, but many of these things slightly exceed some of the recommendations (like the <3g sugar for example). Just do the best you can. In the sugar case, I go as low as I can find and make sure there is NO high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients list.
