Mau tanya kak.. jadi kalo masak dada ayam begitu, sebelum dimasak dan sesudah dimasak gram nya beda ya kak? Jadi kalo di fs misal makan dada ayam udh dimasak gitu nginputnya yg gr udh dimasak kan?

Nandila: iya, setelah dimasak kan menyusut karna kandungan airnya sudah sedikit, jadi pasti lebih ringan. Masukkin jurnal fs bisa yg mentah, bisa jg yg dimasak, kan ada pilihannya tuh tergantung cara masaknya.
