So day out down the coast with the dogs !!
Walked 7 miles and only put 1 pound on....
Sad I put a pound on but happy it was only a pound.
Bfast - toast, mug of tea
Lunch - fish and chips ( on the beach)
Dinner - 6 KFC chicken Wings, bottle of water.
Snacks - blackberry clotted cream ice cream, much of coffee, mug of tea, punnet of cherry’s.
I did turn down the cream tea in the afternoon and just had the black coffee as everyone else had one

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
