Lagi bingung, kalo makan banyak cepet bab dipagi hari, kalo makan dikit ga bab pagi, bisa siang bahkan sore, bb lagi stuck hiks tapi happy2 juga karena siang aku pilih funfood hehe pagi biasanya buah sama protein doang, malem buah aja, olahraga sepedaan minimal 15 menit - 60 menit. Ada yg pernah ngalamin hal yg sama kah? Aku kudu piye? Target makanan 1800kal/hari pernah aku cut kalori jadi 1200/1500 malah bab nya gak lancar
