I had a lovely dinner date with my husband the other night-ordered prime rib.....12 hours later I was at the doctors office with severe abdominal pain (almost as bad as early labor pains!) I’m tracking my food intake just to keep in the habit because I was doing pretty well tracking prior to this horrid episode of food poisoning!
