Time for a change .. Had surgery on my neck a few years back and now all of a sudden I'm getting a flood of strength back after being so weak and in pain for so long ...Ive been on a diet for 3 weeks now and i was 323lbs when i started . I cut out all my sugars ,sweet tea and sugary snacks and stopped eating so much bread .swithched to 100% whole wheat . exersise-walking and i have one of those gazelles lol but i like it . I use the gazelle 4 times or more a day.Im getting stronger so i can do more now .
