Just checking in and I'm still making changes in my eating habits! Also am only aiming for a 1-2lbs weight loss per week on the advice of my doctor. My goals are to become fit and healthy and make my eating plan a way of lifestyle for the rest of my life. Tried to walk today but I had to turn around and come home because I'm a bit of a whimp in the cold weather.....it's snowing like crazy out there and it's freezing...temp is 16degrees with a wind chill of 1 and that's just toooooooooo cold for me! But at least I did try.....my hubby went jogging and did not turn around and come back, he went his usual 5mi. He doesn't mind the cold temps! The skin on my face is still burning and I had it covered........I admit I'm a whimp in cold temps! I'll go ride the exercise bike inside today instead. later, kayless
