mohon penjelasannya ya yg sudah berpengalaman di dunia perdietan. sy emak emak yg masih baru jd msh bingung dgn istilah yg ada. sy serong denger istilah tdee. TDEE itu apa y? apa berbeda dgn AKG, BMI dan BMR? klo AKG sy dsni 1700 dan BMR sy 1400an klo ngitung di kalkulatir BMR. lha trus yg TDEE tu dimana ngitungnya? klo ada yg berkenan menjelaskan sy sgt berterima kasih 🙇♀️🙇♀️
