Day 3 into Keto. It's difficult giving up the evening snacks, but I feel full the whole day. My total carbs have been under 30, but today it's under 10. I feel shaky and uncomfortable, I think I'm getting the flu. 😔 I hope not. I don't think I'll have the willpower to stick to Keto if I get sick. I just want to make it to a week of keto 😣 It'll be such an accomplishment for me.

Yep. It's keto flu. 😟 Had to Google it. I added some coconut oil in a protein shake. That helped. Will get MCT oil tomorrow. Did increase my carb intake, it's still under 20. If it gets worse, I'm definitely saying goodbye to keto... for now.

Potassium and magnesium supplements, increasing salt intake and increasing fat helps get over keto flu quickly, and decreases night cravings. So for example, a small block of full fat cheese does wonders.
