Still out of town, ate pretty good today but had a couple of beers......couldn't help myself.....haha! I am really afraid of weighing myself when I get home, I haven't been able to workout for 2 days although I brang my resistance bands and have been using them plus I walk on the beach.....that's a good workout, walking in the sand!
