So to pump me up in trying to lose weight. I signed up for Zumba and started my Brazil Butt Lift DVDs again. This time I'm determined to lose the weight. Today was a great morning with Zumba at 730am and some Brazilian cardio and sculpting after. Decided to take measurements as well to see the inch melting off. Another motivator to move me along.
