Well it is amazing what heartbroke and determination can do for you. It has been a lot of dark days but on those days I walk. I know I dont have the ability to control anyone else but myself and I am committing to myself. Some days are going to be harder than others but I must continue. I am a great person no matter what size I am and I know this. With every step I take I will drop not only the weight but the pain also. Weight is not my top priority but I AM 100%.
