I'm not losing any weight!!!! I don't understand. This diet is not working for me. I've been really good, and also running. Lastnight, I ran 3 miles in 40 minutes. I thought maybe my fat was converting to muscle and therefore: no weight loss, but you'd think I'd be losing something. What's going on. I'm going to stick with Atkins for a bit longer...then I may have to go back to weight watchers. :( I leave one week from Friday for Cancun....(obviouisly won't be dieting there), I wanted to have dropped at least 10 lbs....doesn't look like it's happening. Hellppppp!

You could try the fat fast section of the atkins book?

Be sure to measure yourself as well as weight. sometimes just eating something high in sodium can make you gain weight. And if your not going to the bathroom regularly. Hopefully that wasnt too much Info! LOL I was a bit bummed this morning myself when i jumped on the scale.. but not worried... the diet did this to me before... you may gain 5 pounds and then drop it in the next day or two. Most of the time it's just water weight, bloating, and because I needed some help using the bathroom. I find that eating a nice fatty steak and a small salad usually cleaned up the problem by the next day. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE. That can effect you big time. :) hang in there and dont give up. :)

Keep it SIMPLE, I have read a lot of comments and people are eating exoticly (too much added carbs, we get to much choice in food). Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with cheese,mush,1 small tomato - Lunch 2 cups salad & 1 light meat chick or fish, Dinner: steak/pork/chick + leafy with fresh lime juice salad NO VEGS espically if you have a 7 days to go WATER WATER no other drinks except herbal tea, like peppermint or green tea with a small Atkins bar. Remember to eat on TIME, EAT FULL FAT PRODUCTS - MAYO etc 5weeks on the atkins and last 2 weeks I lost under a kilo for some reason, but my measurements were impressive 115cm down to 101.5 in 4 weeks off the hips and tummy. It sounds like your gaining more muscle with drinking more water. Get off the scales I agree, get measuring.

I confess...I eat way too much salt..and I drink coffee (1-2/day). I'm doing everything else right, (well....I cheated yesterday). I'll take some of these suggestions. thanks!
