Makan pagi udah bikin ayam geprek aja 😅
Lg pengen banget ayam geprek, so solusinya bikin ayam geprek sehat yg ga bikin gendut 😄😄

Dada ayam, kasih bumbu simple aja garam, bawang putih, merica.. lumuri pakai putih telur lalu lumuri lagi pakai oat meal.. goreng di teflon pakai 2-3 sdm minyak api kecil.. udah mateng geprek pakai sambal bawang.. done ☺️
