Well day 9 of following WW and day 3 of being a member here! I have lost 4 lbs as of since starting WW. I am keeping track of my points and making every bite I put in my mouth count. I have done well at keeping my eye on the prize which is a smaller and healthier me! Who am I kdding that sounds very noble but the truth is-- I want to be a couple sizes smaller and wear a cute pair of jeans!! Call me vain!! I have been very good on the treadmill going at least 30 minutes for 5 out of seven days. the weekends i am usually busy with football and activities so the week days are better for me. Also I have BUNCO tonight so I have banked some points for a glass of wine and a snack or two! This will definitely be a true test!! Wish me luck and just to make sure I think I will bump up my treadmill time to 45- 60 minutes!! Have a great day everyone!
