So awhile back I decided that I wanted to try a clean eating challenge with myself. I always eat well, but I wanted to see the difference in eating well/healthy versus clean so I set out on a goal. I am happy to report that into week two I have seen muscles I haven't seen before, the scale is dropping the the inches are melting away =)
