Picked up a cold or flu two days ago and didn't go to the gym or keep very close track of my calories taken in. I'm sure I only hate a little over half of my RDI and consequently, according to my home digital scale, I've lost a little over a pound which was surprisingly positive. I'm feeling a little better, so I'm going to the gym to do at least some cardio and possibly some resistance training as well. I usually record my weight on Mondays, though not always. I'll see what I'm reading at the Planet Fitness Jim and see if it's closed to what my home digital scale reads.
