I'll be honest Mike..drinking water has always been a challenge for me..I'm quite happy to drink and entire 2l of Diet Sprite though.. I guess the I find fizzy drinks more refreshing.. I tried Lemon water but that's a killer due to stomach ulcers..intermittent fasting leaves my stomach growling but I achieve better results that way because one meal a day is just less planning and easier.. but I'm trying..I'm at 550ml a day currently..
