I'm just sitting here at work with my ankle weights on:) I guess it can't hurt to wear them all day at work. I don't get to walk around much but when I do I want to make it count. I was doing laps in the waiting room yesterday and making extra trips to mailbox and dumpster...lol. My boyfriend thinks I'm taking things to extremes but I disagree. I walk 2 1/2 miles pretty much every night and like 3 times a week I do the Wii Fit for like 20-30 minutes...that's hardly extreme in my book. Gotta love a know-it-all. I'm ignoring his opinion and going about my business. I think I know better then him what is best for me!!
