Sudah 5 minggu setiap pagi (4-5x /minggu) aku olahraga di F45 Senopati. Olahraganya HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & seru banget. Menurutku kalau masih muda boleh dicoba tipe olahraga yang agak intens biar nanti tuanya tetap lincah
