I need to reconstitute my conviction to lose 2 pounds a week. I slipped up a little in the last two weeks and only lost 1 pound. It will feel good when I get under 200 pounds. I think it's been a long, long time since I was under that weight. I'll still have another 20 to 25 pounds to go after that, but it will be a good mile marker.
