Today I put in my bio, contacted a couple of members, recorded on my diet calendar. This is pretty easy right now b/c I have to stay off my feet for another 24 hours. After reading KellyBo and some other bio's I am feeling motivated. Tomorrow I am back to the real world, with the kids in school, me working on my to do list etc. So we will see how it goes. Tomorrow morning I weigh in again and I am not expecting much since I did not stick to South Beach's Phase I but that is fine I will hopefully have a better weigh in this time next week. :)
