evil evil evil scale...

I have been following the diet to the T and last night I broke down and hopped on the scale-- 192, yeah that is right 192?? what is going on here.. so this morning I got on again- yes I am glutten for punishment.. 190.. I weigh more now than when I started..

what is going on???? i hate scales...

i just needed to vent..

i know i know i know! i totally understand! scales are tools of the devil.

how much veggies/fruit are you eating a day?

Always weigh yourself in the morning after using the bathroom and before drinking or eating anything to get the most accurate weight. If your anywhere near that time of month it could be water weight. Women fluctuate up to 4 pounds in water weight. You will eventually see great results. Don't worry about the numbers right now just stick to it.

I am eating fruit with breakfast and sometimes as a snack. I have veggies with all my meals and a salad for lunch.

New here so not sure how to work things but you asked on my journal entry what our menu looked like. We started most days with a huge bowl of oatmeal with two splendas, cinnamon and unsweetened applesauce. Then a piece of fruit or yogurt for next meal. Lunches were usually salad with a low fat dressing I mixed myself. More fruit and or yogurt for next meal. Dinners we had a few different things, red beans and rice was very popular, eggbeater scrambles, homemade vegie soup, veggies over brown rice. Then another fruit if we were hungry. We didn't add any exercise yet but are planning to this week. Keep trying, I know its hard when the scale is dumb but you could still be losing inches. Hang in there :)
