New here so not sure how to work things but you asked on my journal entry what our menu looked like. We started most days with a huge bowl of oatmeal with two splendas, cinnamon and unsweetened applesauce. Then a piece of fruit or yogurt for next meal. Lunches were usually salad with a low fat dressing I mixed myself. More fruit and or yogurt for next meal. Dinners we had a few different things, red beans and rice was very popular, eggbeater scrambles, homemade vegie soup, veggies over brown rice. Then another fruit if we were hungry.
We didn't add any exercise yet but are planning to this week. Keep trying, I know its hard when the scale is dumb but you could still be losing inches. Hang in there :)
