7 lbs. a week is an overstatement. technically, 362 is my starting point. i was going to go to pilates today, but i am still in pain from going to the gym yesterday. overexertion isn't going to help me anymore than overeating. so i had a breakfast of canadian bacon, two pieces of french toast with banana and nutella, and one scrambled egg white. the french toast was a guilty pleasure but there was barely any nutella on them. that said, i'm aware of what i ate and am mindful that i'll need to work that off. lunch approaches, so i'll be sure to squeeze a salad in there.
yoga tomorrow. possibly a walk tonight. bye bye fat cells, i hope i never see your fugly faces again.
