I was feeling well and felt like I was on may way. But I had activities in the evening the last 2 nights and by last night my regimen was thrown out of whack! Forget to get meds refilled and I was out, therefore because of the pain I forgot to take my vitamins which is important as I also have a D deficiency and did not eat right at all last night. This morning was not a good morning again and I had a lunch date. The one thing I picked to eat was only 781 calories but like 1400 g of sodium...oh my!

Tomorrow is another day and I will get back on track!
