Well today I quit smoking so I hope I don't gain any weight. I know I have to walk more and be careful what I eat. Things have been crazy lately so I really haven't followed a diet lately. I really haven't been eating junk food so that is good. I eat a lot of celery and drink alot of water. I which I could run, but I have to be careful because of my knee, back and neck. Well everyone have a good day.

Wow you quit smoking. Congrats! I finally kicked that habit over 10 yrs ago. At the time I had failed so many times I decided I didn't care about the weight. I must say, it's not a good attitude to take. I read something recently it said people can gain 8 pounds but the equivalent health gain would be the same as gaining 80 pounds. So, it is worth it.
