My name is Chris, I am from Central New York. I have been wanting to loose weight for a long time, and but its been very hard. I was in a car accident in January of 2006 and its been a tough road. There is a lot of things I still can't do that I would like to do, like bike ride, roller blade and stuff like that. I walk as much as I can, but I really haven't watched what I have been eating. I know I have to eat more veggies and fruit and less candy and junk. I would like to loose about 60 pounds to be down to 150 pounds, sometimes I think that is just a dream. I work full time, and I'm still trying to figure why? I live in pain daily, with my knee, neck and back.
I am married, I have one son and 2 stepdaughters. I really don't get to see my stepdaughters much because of my husbands ex wife is a real B_____. My son goes to college and works.
