holy toledo.
since joining and following my weight in earnest, i've dropped six pounds within a week. that's not even me trying. if you look at my diet calendar, i ate a ton. for god's sake, i had a candy bar yesterday.
so i mean, this pace doesn't feel too bad. do i keep at it? is it too fast? should i be eating more? suggestions are totally welcome.
