I love switching my workouts. Today I did a weight training HIIT combo. Muscle confusion will keep your body guessing and help to break plateaus. How often do you switch your workout?

i try to switch it up about 3 times a week. knees are better, taking it up a notch, thanks to you inspiring me !! hey, how was the beach tournament ????

I do something different 4 days a wk...that way my body will nt get use 2 the same thing...advice frm a trainer that I hd b4...
