I am staring my official T25 journey on July 15th and I want 5 people to join me! I want the "I don't have time to workout" people...I want the "I barely have time to breathe" people...I want those who say it can't be done in 25/5
I promise if you take this journey with me you WILL see results....you have to put in the work, but come on people it's only 25/5 ....how can you say NO to that ?
