Maaaci temen2 pejuang defkall. Aku TB 165 BB 48 for now. Kemarin udh sempet 46 cuman aku usaha naikin lagi biar 48 aja dan alhamdulilah no matter what i eat (yg kayaknya udh jadi habbit) berat stabil gak naik2 😌😌😌 thx god. Doakan semoga konsisten unt maintain
