Tumisan bawang putih dikit garem dikit Gula (zero kalori) Pake minuak wijenn dikitt aja buat taste. Mau tambah kaldu jamur dikit juga Ok Masukin sayuran pilihan kalian (bebas) Kalo aku suka nya ---> Kol (makanan mines kalori) Kembang Kol (ini Juga) Brokoli Wortel Bombayyy Tumis2 sebentar di wajan. Tiriskan. Taruh di Plate deh. Trus siramin japanese chicken curry deh Note: itu japanese chicken curry Nya menu terpisah ya. Aslinya itu masakin orang rumah (buat lauk pake nasi). Tp kalo aku, aku combine aja sama tumisan sayur2 Fav aku. Rasanya enak manis gurihh. (Pernah aku post di postingan bbrp hari yg lalu) Aku siramin aja ke tumisan sayur tadi

porsi itu 279kcal sis. kalo mau lebihin kalori ditambah aja porsi nya :D
