Despite my exhaustion yesterday, I made myself work on the Wii for over an hour. This hour did conincide with Dancing With the Stars, so in able to do both I worked on the Free Step feature for 10 minutes and then after that I would do activities during the commercial breaks. At some point I forgot to switch back to the tv and kept working on the Wii. Suddenly it was 9 pm, I was hungry and tired. So I grabbed a light dinner and then hit the sack.

Other highlights of yesterday, I drank 40 oz. of water straight up. I know that its not all of the 80 oz. I need to drink, but I am working on getting back into that habit. I need to get into the habit so i can start making me feel full more of the time. The lowlight of the day was when after reading one of my favorite blogs I was inspired to buy a pack of milano cookies at work. At first I just let myself have two and then I put the bag away. Next thing you know I've dragged the bag back out and finished all the cookies. I think I may have eaten them out of boredom. So today when I get a munchie craving - I will either eat the peach I have in my bag or I will grab a piece of gum. And I will drink water.

Right now I have a headache that I think may be related to my anti-depressants. I've taken some advil though so hopefully it will go away.

I also want to add a feature of my journal that talks about what songs make me want to dance (and thus cheer me up).

Eating out of boredom. Boy to I know about that one. I used to totally be aboredom eater. But since hopping back on the wagon I have not even felt the need! Good for you for realizing it and given yourself better options today!
