Ngemilnya yang sehat. Tapi aku ga ngemill, kenapa ? Karna kalo defisit kebutuhan kalori kita pasti kurang. Yg harus diperbanyak itu nutrisinya, terutama protein, Karbo, sama lemak. Coba dulu kak, emang ga instan. Sebulan kalo ada perubahan, diterusin. jangan ngeluh turunnya dikit. Yang penting konsisten
