Day 12- Loooong week. But i've managed to eat a little more than last week. I seem to be recovering from lifting a little faster. maybe it's the glut or maybe it's just my body getting used to it.Can't wait until Sunday when I can stay home all day and eat!!! Legs in a little bit.
