alhamdulillah ga nyangka tinggal sekilo lg menuju bb ideal, bb pernah di 82 skrg 61, target 60 sekilo lg tp pengen di 58 biar badab nya kek model gituhh hihihi, turun hampir 15kgan dalam 4 bulan :')
