Ok I just have to add that the plain, nonfat yogurt is gagging me. LOL I even added a packet of splenda and some soy protein powder and no good. I think I will stick to drinking a glass of skim milk.

Any other ideas to get the dairy?
I have calcium supplements I can take I guess.

I eat my son's string cheese. It's low fat Mozzarella and individually packaged so it's easy to grab and go. Great snack when your ready to eat everything in site!

Not sure what phase your on but I love adding fresh blueberries to my yogart and the active yogart is also good

Trythe low fat active yogurt (vanilla flavored)It is really good and still follows phase 2.

Try making yogurt cheese, it's not quite a sour. Take a colander, and line it with coffee filters or paper towels. Spoon yogurt into it a put over a bowl, let it "drip" for a few hours. All of the liquid drips out of it into the bowl below leaving a nice creamy yogurt. Add sweetner to that and it is a little like whipped cream. I actually think it might even have a few less carbs this way.

Thank you all - I amn actuall in P1 so I can't have the fruit. I have been having the 1 cup of skim milk with my snack and it satisfies me.
