Another week down. I would be nice to maintain 3 pounds of weight loss a week. I have only had one really bad day so far. Damn fish and chips killed me. Ugh. My doctor told me to just take one day at a time, if I slip just get back on the next day. It seems to be working.

Now I just need to start working out. My wife and I have been going on walks with the dogs and baby. I can’t really run, but would like to get to the next level.
