Hai gais mau nanya nih. Aku pola dietnya itu ocd sama defkal kan. Tapi susah banget ini menuhin target BMR :( Sampe jam makanku abis pun kesusahan buat nambah lagi. Ada saran gak gais gimana nyikapin hal beginian?
