Haha thanks bubblegum, it was one of those days where you don't feel like exercising, but you do it anyway.. and afterwards you feel so much better!:)

Thanks again for the support, it's fairly tough at the moment as I'm on a calorie deficit so I'm quite looking forward to bumping up the calories once we get nearer winter:)
