That looks like a straight forward traditional bowl of porridge. Now for the controversy: sugar or salt? I add salt.

Well they do say that less is more;) and I find the sweetness from the milk is often sufficient although I have to admit I did add a pinch of salt:)

You have to have some taste, most people add berries for sweetness but I think it’s sour with fruit but natural peanut butters nice well if you like peanuts that is.

I don't have the luxury of plain porridge now. I use my porridge as a vehicle to deliver my berries, protein powder and seeds. How I miss just having plain, salted porridge!

I agree with you Paul; sometimes the addition of berries can be a bit overpowering, but you can't go wrong with peanut butter!:)

Except blueberries and peanut butter - in my experience, they don't really work well together

I just eat peanut butter out of the jar if I get the chance. Not so classy now! Lol.

Nothing wrong with eating peanut butter from the Jar or Tub in my case that’s what it’s for a lot better then picking up a Chocolate Bar 👍 I add it to everything I buy a 1Kg tub of peanut butter and Almond butter from Myprotain every month

My other half is allergic so I can't have it in the house but when he goes away I have myself a peanut butter party!
