Pecan pie attempt #1 - all the hard work is done, now time to bake it and wait and see.. :)

Certainly, just google Kim's cravings healthy pecan pie or follow this link: https://www.kimscravings.com/healthy-pecan-pie/ - however I would add that I did not follow this entirely and ended up modifying it somewhat (e.g using bananas instead of applesauce and extra honey instead of stevia - I didn't have any to hand:P)
