I ran 5 miles today! I'm so happy! I can't believe I did it, I haven't ran 5 miles in quite some time. Still not logging all my food not sure what my deal is but exercise is helping me at least think about it more what I'm putting in my mouth. :-) I really look forward to when I've got some of this weight off so it's not quite so laborious to run. I bought a running leash for my dogs that I put around my waist. It was pretty nice actually. Except for when they decided to chase a squirrel... That was a little scary! LOL

Nice that your dogs can go running with you. My dog is a Pug. He can only make about half a mile walking before his breathing is labored and his rear right leg is giving out (he has a weak leg). If I want to walk a whole mile I wind up carrying him. I have considered buying him a jogging stroller to let him ride. I love to take him to the park, but he plays out too soon.
